• all exterior paint jobs are soft washed with a 3100 PSI pressure washer to ensure all mildew, dirt, and surfaces are clean and ready for paint.
• Shrubs, vegetation, and landscaping will be covered and protected during the paint job everyday as well as cleaned up a the end of each work day.
• All surfaces that are to be left unpainted are covered or removed such as downspouts, light fixtures and outdoor decorations. Surfaces will be taped, plastic off or covered with tarps to catch any over spray or drips during the painting process.
